Coordinated Health Bariatrics

Free, No-Obligation Information Sessions

Welcome! The information session is the first step in Coordinated Health's comprehensive surgical weight loss program. It's a chance to learn more about our bariatric surgery program, pre-surgery requirements, surgical options, expected results, and possible risks. Whether you're just beginning to think about weight loss surgery or you're ready to schedule an appointment with a surgeon, the info session is a great way to get familiar with bariatric surgery process and learn what Coordinated Health has to offer patients.

Please note, bariatric surgery is only an option for those who have a body mass index (BMI) over 40 or a BMI over 35 AND at least one obesity-related chronic health condition like sleep apnea or high blood pressure. You can calculate your BMI here. If you would like to learn more about requirements for weight loss surgery, please see this page.

Two Options: In-Person and Online*

Option 1

We offer in-person info sessions several times per month at our locations in Allentown, Bethlehem, Leighton, and Phillipsburg. In-person info sessions are a great option to meet with our surgeons and weight loss surgery team. They also give you a chance to get answers to your questions right away.

Option 2

If your schedule doesn't allow you to attend an in-person info session, or if you'd rather get started right away, you can watch a video version of the info session—just fill out the form below.

Register to Watch Online Now

The video information session is 12 minutes long—please give yourself enough time to watch it all the way to the end.

*Note: All patients must watch or attend an info session. You may schedule an appointment with a surgeon prior to attending or watching the info session, but you will be asked to compete an info session before your appointment date. If you do not complete the info session before you come to your appointment, you will be asked to watch the video info session when you arrive at our office prior to meeting with the surgeon.
